Once your return arrives, we refund the full price to your original payment method. Return postage is on you.

Not happy with your purchase? You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, even if you've opened or used it.
If your wand arrives damaged, stops working because of a fault, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you in full, and we'll pay the return postage. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
Customers pay for return postage, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
Once we've received your return, we'll refund the full price of the item to your original payment method within 10 business days.
You also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy gives you more time than that.
